APPOINTMENTS
Patients are only seen by appointment during normal office hours:
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call our office
between those hours to schedule your visits.
We will do our very best to honor your appointment
time. We realize your time is valuable, and our staff will always
do the best job that we can to make you aware of delays when they
occur. In our specialty, the birth of babies, surgical delays,
emergency patients and other unexpected occurrences can cause unforeseen
delays. We ask for your patience and hope you understand that if
you were in a similar situation, the same priority attention would be
given to you.
If there is an unexpected delay in your appointment time,
please feel free to reschedule. Also, it may be possible for
another physician in our group to see you. We do ask that you call
as soon as possible to let us know if you will be unable to keep your
appointment.
