Which insurance plans are we contracted
with
North Florida Women’s Physicians
establishes and maintains contracts with many insurance companies that
do business in our area. The following is a list of the insurers with
whom we currently have contracts.

If you do not see the name of your
insurance company in the list, please contact your insurance company to
verify that we are participating providers. Many insurance companies
are referred to by more than one name. For example, your insurance
company may be called XYZ insurance which is not on our list, but they
may be participating with one of a larger group of insurers such as
Beech Street or PHCS or CCN all of whom we are contracted with.
It is important to be aware, however, that
the insurance industry experiences many changes on a daily basis. While
every attempt is made to maintain this list you should verify that we
are contracted with your insurance company when scheduling an
appointment to avoid any unexpected costs.
If we are not contracted with your
insurance company you may usually still see our physicians. It is
important to note, however, that some insurance companies may pay a
lesser benefit for services provided by physicians out of their
contracted network. Some insurance companies will not pay at all if you
do not choose one of their contracted physicians.
