Patients
are seen by appointment only during normal office hours: 8:30 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. When you are ready to
schedule an appointment, please call one of our offices or stop by
between those hours to arrange for an appointment.
We
will do our very best to honor your appointment time. We realize your
time is valuable, and our staff will always do their best to make you
aware of delays when they occur. In our specialty, the birth of babies,
surgical delays, emergency patients and other unexpected occurrences can
cause unforeseen delays. We ask for your patience and hope you
understand that if you were in a similar situation the same priority
attention would be given to you.
If there is an unexpected delay in your appointment time, please feel
free to reschedule. It may also be possible for another provider in the
group to see you. We do ask that you call as soon as possible to let us
know if you will be unable to keep your appointment.
