soy, flaxseed, and fish oils can try the following strategies,

SOY. One serving of soy a day and an increase in fruits and
vegetables will improve a woman’s intake of isoflavones.
FLAXSEED. 1-2 tbsps of flaxseed in baked goods or sprinkled on
cereal provides a healthy dose of lignans.
FISH OILS. Increasing weekly fish intake to 2 or 3 servings, up
from the North American standard of less than 1 serving per week,
provides a healthy boost of omega-3 fatty acids.
